Sponsored Post Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in advertising at Personal Profitability! The site has an amazing audience of personal finance and entrepreneurship minded readers from around the world. This site has high-quality articles dating back to October 2008. To uphold a high level of quality, trust with the Personal Profitability community, and comply with laws and regulations, all sponsored posts must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Posts must be at least 1,000 words in length
  • Posts should contain at least one internal link and one link to a trusted resource.
  • Posts may contain up to two sponsored links. Sponsored links must be nofollow.
  • Posts will be labeled as sponsored per FTC regulations. The standard disclosure text is: This post comes from a Personal Profitability partner.

These rules exist to protect the integrity of Personal Profitability and protect both of our sites from Google penalties. Sponsorship disclosure is non-negotiable, as is the requirement that sponsored links are labeled as nofollow.
