Last week, I asked you all about your biggest financial mistake. As an eternal optimist, I always like to turn things around and find the positive story. We have all screwed up, and it can be a disaster, but we usually don’t get enough credit for the big wins.
I have had a few successes of my own over the years. Of course, the first thing that comes to mind was finishing paying off my student loans from my $67,000 MBA. I also patted myself on the back when I paid off my car loan. I also can’t forget saving up to put 25% down when I bought my first home and hit the $100k net worth club.
Enough about me. What about you? What was your biggest financial success? Did it involve debt, avoiding debt, investing, or something else altogether? Please share your story and how you got there in the comments.
